Other Details to Note
I grew up in this house and plan on retiring in it as well. It has given me many good memories over the years and I hope you can make some good memories while you are here too. During the summer months, the upstairs area can take longer to cool down if the AC is turned on late in the evening. To ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the home by the evening, we recommend setting the thermostat to your desired temperature earlier in the day. The fireplace is for decoration only and is not to be lit due to sooting issues.
